Milan Italy

getting to milan was HECTIC as hell. we had a 7 am train to catch, but we had to stop by the airport first to pick up my lost luggage. we had asked diego to pick us up at 4 am to give us plenty of time (considering the airport was 1.5 hours away). we got to the hotel lobby 15 minutes late and diego was still no where to be found. we ended up having the receptionist at the desk give him a call and wake him up :( he drove us SO fast. he was going 180 down these windy roads and i swore we were going to die. he got us the the airport with plenty of time left over, however, the luggage lost and found didn't open til 8. GR8. so we headed to the train station, switched our tickets, went back to the airport and waited til 8, then went back to the train station to catch our train... this is where we also had to part ways with diego :(

bye papi. sad farewell. good pic.

we were only in milan for a day, but we had a fun day full of shopping, shooting for the hotel, and a fancy dinner.

the duomo was RIGHT outside our hotel.

these pictures were taken on the balcony attached to our hotel room. our hotel was absolutely stunning.

fancy dinner hosted by our hotel.

our night ended with a bike ride around milan. even though we only had a day here, it was absolutely magical!

Naples part 2.

day two in naples started out at another amazing beach. it  it was stunning! the beach we were at was where "fiordo di furore" resides. look at this cool picture i took of my friends there:

and more pictures of course...

after that beach we walked the longest, hottest, 10 minutes of my life on the side of the road to get to the nearest restraunt where we DOWNED cold water. after that diego picked us up, took us to amalfi, we hung out in the square.....

...... and went on a sunset boat ride along the coast.

this boat ride was for sure in my "top 5 favorite moments of Europe" list. we had speakers blasting music, we were dancing and laughing with the wind in our hair, and it was truly just magical. after the sun had set there were lights lit alllll along the coast, and it was stunning.

that night ended up us back in the square, eating more pizza and gelato, and me opera singing for the crowds of people.

after the most perfect two days i was on cloud 9! we all slept in diego's car on the way back to our hotel.

Naples ITALY

we flew from newyork, to iceland, to london, to NAPLES.

this was by far my favorite part of the trip. we were welcomed at our hotel with a platter of food and drinks.

the view from our drive to the hotel. the whole drive was just breath taking!

our cute little hotel. off to the left side was the most amazing view of the sea and the whole amalfi coast.

pepe' the cute old man running the hotel was WHIPPED for us. after we showered and cleaned up pepe' hooked us up with a personal driver. he drove us to positano and that first day was spent exploring. i'm pretty sure i left my heart there.

i could've sat there taking pictures of this place FOREVER. literally. just look at how amazing it is!! and these are just raw photos that haven't even been edited.

first taste of italian gelato. straight to heaven i went.

lunch out at the cutest little place.

and that night we swam in the sea. it was the cutest little beach i'd ever seen, and it had the most incredible view.

after our swim we got slices of pizza, and gelato while we waited for our driver diego to come and pick us up. we all slept the whole way home.

due to picture overload, day two will be a separate post ;)
